Non-existent customer service, several missed appointments by the company with various excuses, did not fulfill 2 AC install contract and ghosted me. I had to dispute 1 AC unit with the lending bank. The unit they installed March 2025 stopped working.

RUN dont walk away from this company! This is the WORST company I have ever used and I deal with contractors all the time in my real estate profession. Its truly unbelievable. This is my personal experience and opinion. We contracted with Air Pro Heating & Cooling, LLC., December 2024 to install two new A/C units and paid deposit which was $6,140. I had an awful experience with Air Pro Heating and Cooling. They asked for a deposit of 50% down payment, which is an uncustomary deposit. I was scheduled for installation beginning of April, but no one showed up. I moved all the things needed for the install and waited over 3 hours, but no one called or showed. When I called I was told my units had not arrived yet? They rescheduled me and guaranteed they would get the install done on next scheduled date! Guess what another no show and no call once again!! I contracted this company to install 2 AC Split System units in my home. They charged a 50% deposit 6 weeks before scheduled to do the install. They scheduled me 4 consecutive times and never showed up or called all 4 times to tell me they didnt have my products. I then canceled the job due to this unprofessionalism, no consideration for their customer, no follow up or follow through. My deposit of $7,348.00 has still not been returned to me, so I have had to get my credit card company involved and file a dispute. What a nig... read more

Choice home warranty service had Pro Air Heating come out to my house. ******* Hearing stated they would be at my house between 3 and 7 PM. They did not show up until 10:30 PM. While the technician was in the back with the ** unit. We heard a sound like somebody was being electrocuted and the lights flickered on and off. Had my ** installed a few months ago did a horrible job on the welding and did not connect the ducks. Theyve been out to my house three times to correct issue and nothing. They messed up the trim around my attic. Yes, they did come out and fix it, but it shouldve been done before they left the first time, the welding on the ** unit was horrible.
