another happy customer. they are so wonderful and reasonably priced, prompt service. have used them for 18 years and wouldn't go any where else
Used them for 20 years, recommended to others. Used annual maintenance contract. Needed some furnace work done, were told by a minion that since it has expired, it's OUR JOB AS CUSTOMER to seek renewal. They don't have database, we were told. This flies in the face of real-world business philosophy. Papers, magazines, public broadcasting, performing arts---all ask subscriber to renew. Minion said this is owner's policy.
