Used them for 20 years, recommended to others. Used annual maintenance contract. Needed some furnace work done, were told by a minion that since it has expired, it's OUR JOB AS CUSTOMER to seek renewal. They don't have database, we were told. This flies in the face of real-world business philosophy. Papers, magazines, public broadcasting, performing arts---all ask subscriber to renew. Minion said this is owner's policy. Awesome Customer Service – Michael at Air Pro has been servicing our air conditioner units since 2002. He installed a brand new Carrier system in one home and helped maintain a very old Goodman in our other home. He always answered my calls and came out the same day. He is very professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend using Air Pro if you're interested in the job getting done right and in a timely manner.
