I definitely had a 5-star experience with Air Plus Heating and Cooling. As I am blind and come from a purchasing background, I certainly know the difference between good and bad Customer Service and service. Nicole the Office manager was super helpful and easy with which to work. Andrew was superb and dealt with my issue in a timely manner. The service was fabulous, quick yet very efficient. Inspections annually keep everything working perfectly. Eddie was very thorough. Our Airconditioner works great and I would highly recommend Air Plus!

I had a great experience with Air Plus at every step in replacing my condo furnace. I learned a lot about my home setup from them when they first came to look at my home. They provided a timely estimate and bore with me as I researched other options and asked them follow-up a whole bunch of follow-up questions. The installation itself was seamless. First off, their tech has expertise in my system and I will probably call them again if it goes out. However, the really low price for a diagnostic was made up for on the repair job. The parts were under warrantee so the repair cost was purely labor. Way overpriced ($1000+) for the two hours of time the parts install took.
