After failed attempts to turn on our furnace over a weekend we contacted Air Plus Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning. They had a busy schedule that day but managed to fit us in for a service call that afternoon. Air Plus Heating & Cooling installed a brand new heating and cooling system with a heat pump in our basement and a mini-split in our upstairs bedroom. Jim, One of the owners, made sure the vents & return air duct were placed so the system would be the most efficient with our 20 foot open beam living room ceiling. He also hung the main HVAC unit from the floor joists in the basement to maximize our basement storage space, which was greatly appreciated.
