First time renting U-Haul for an important move. Arrived to pick up the trailer and was advised that my hitch was awaiting me in Henrico. Rather than driving an hour (both ways), the guys called in and arranged for a reimbursement on the hitch, location for a better deal on a new hitch, and let me know everything was ready to go when I arrived back.
