We have stored our trailer at Cottonwood Springs RV & Mini Storage for approximately three years. When we went to retrieve it, we found that both batteries had been stolen from our RV. Although the facility is gated, we learned there are no cameras and no on-site staff living there anymore, which was disappointing to find out after the fact. At first my impression was amazing on this park, the lady I spoke to Jonell was super nice. I was told we could move in that Sunday. In which I filled out both my boyfriend and I’s application and sent it in with pictures of our trailer and our drivers license. I called every day morning and afternoon to make sure the process was going through. They kept telling me they will get back to me, either in the morning or afternoon. They never got back to me.
