Nice place to stay, clean, close to town.
In July, my friend and I decided to lease a lot at Cottonwood Springs RV. Before filling out an application, I disclosed that my friend was a registered offender that was in full compliance. They said it wasn’t a problem when given the details. During the application process, we were asked if there were any felonies, to which I honestly answered ‘yes’ and filled in the details on paper.
