In July, my friend and I decided to lease a lot at Cottonwood Springs RV. Before filling out an application, I disclosed that my friend was a registered offender that was in full compliance. They said it wasn’t a problem when given the details. During the application process, we were asked if there were any felonies, to which I honestly answered ‘yes’ and filled in the details on paper. My kids and grandkids live here. I really like it. It's very quiet and everyone has been very ice.
This is a great place to live. The people in the office are friendly and the views can't be beat.
