We have been using Air One for two years since we bought our townhouse. The technicians show up in a very timely manner and always have an honest and upfront diagnosis and estimate. There was one call that was an easy fix and it was priced accordingly and the technician even gave us a DIY fix for the future if it happened again. We are grateful for all of their help and awesome customer service!!

Hired them for standard maintenance "tune up". They claimed that they "Performed a complete inspection" and "Flushed the drain line" on a 4 year old unit that has worked flawlessly. They even told me that "everything looked great". 10 days later we detected a leak from bottom of condenser. Unfortunately, it was already too late. Flooring ruined. Air One air Solutions is awesome! Great customer service and quick to respond. Our air went out and within 2 hours a team was able to come fix the problem. Air One Air Solutions is very honest, they never try to sell you on something that's unnecessary..which is very important to me!
