Air-O employees are always professional and courteous and do an outstanding job. So glad I found this company. Prices are consistently fair. Great company.

I called someone else because they didn't seem to be cleaning the coils on the outside unit and then they put a janky looking capacitor on it. It's partially my fault for going against the warranty and not having the part sent to manufacturer.
Our heat quit so I called Air-O expecting to leave a message, but Taylor answered quickly. She called the techs to see what the timeline would be and they just happened to be close so they would swing by. They were very professional and polite. They found the problem, had the part at the shop, came back and fixed it fast. I have used Air-O for 20 years and they are great!
