We were Happy to have Air Mechanical come freely into the house while both My wife and I had to work. They take information in which door would be opened and they followed thru with the commitment with no hesitation. They are honest and true to there words. I love Air Mechanical. Superior service! I've used their maintenance plan for going on 8 years now and it's paid for itself (a/c and furnace tuneups). The technicians are always prompt, courteous and knowledgable (and not pushy sales guys like some vendors). The customer staff on the phones are also great to deal with and will call the night before to confirm your appointment and will even offer to call you again 20 minutes before to give you a heads up that the tech is on the way -- no more wondering what time they'll come ... read more
