What first brought me to Air-Max about 15 years ago was me desperately seeking (from many) a solution to a parts shortage (at my then HVAC repair service), and an employee at Air-Max showing concern and kindness, researching the problem, trying to help. They were prompt and professional. Even though one person came to evaluate our issue and another showed up to fix everything, they spoke directly to one another so the second repairman knew exactly what our issue was and how he was going to correct everything. I won't hesitate to call back in the future if any issues arise.
Well priced and excellent customer service. They didn't over charge me and were honest with everything they did. If you're not familiar with cleaning your AC units, I highly recommend this place
