Outstanding service today on my six split units AC. Routine checkup by Brad (brandon) and Winston (justin) requiring several hours of work! Very polite respectful and kept shoes off to keep the home clean. Kept me informed and arrived on time with a preday call to confirm. Very nice team and great to have had them and wonderful experience
Fast service since he was already in the area. Kevin fixed the problem we had with the unit. Please let him know that he forgot his dropcloth. I’ll leave it on the chair under the deck so that he can stop by anytime to pick it up. Thank you.
I spoke with Sherman on the phone and he diagnosed a bad fan motor and blower wheel. When Kevin came he was terrific. He protected the area around the AC replaced the motor and wheel and cleaned up. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician or a better service.
