Air Master (specifically Ken Ali) are HVAC wizards! They figured out a complex issue left over from a new install done by different company. The original company had come by 5 times and not yet solved the issue, which Ken made quick work of. Would highly his company to anybody looking for honest and high quality HVAC work.
So thankful that I found this company online. This week the blower motor went out in my HVAC unit. Within one day the service tech had come out, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the broken motor. Not only was the service prompt but they kept me informed the entire time and had very fair pricing. Highly recommend if you have any HVAC issues.
Really thankful to Air Master for scheduling a routine maintenance with me. They called me 20 to 30 minutes before they arrived. When they got to my apartment, they inspected my HVAC and were thorough in explaining what they were inspecting and testing to make sure everything worked. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.
Been calling Air Master for 7 years over two homes. Ken and team are always kind and responsive, do great work and are very honest/up front about pricing and timing. I’d recommend to anyone!
