Fernando is very helpful in showing me the defects on my air ducts. He is easy to talk to. The condensate pump was installed as per work order. The work was done by Mario expertly. He explained to me what he has done. He is friendly and courteous.
Fernando was very clear and honest from the start of our conversation up to and after the installation of our new heat pump and electric furnace. The work was well done, on-time and everything was left clean. He also coordinated with other contractors and got all sign-offs from Toronto Hydro. I would recommend him without hesitation.
We were having real challenges finding someone that could service our boiler/air exchange heating system, as the original installation company we used in 2018 no longer worked on our system. Thankfully, we found AMG who came to our house within a few days, after confirming they had expertise with our system. Our service technician, Mario, was professional, friendly and efficient. He also spent time showing us his work after it was all completed. Very happy with everything.
