Frank answered the phone immediately and sent one of his guys over within an hour. His technician, Cisco, was extremely nice and accommodating. He found my issue within minutes! I found him to be real knowledgeable and I can tell he enjoys his job. He got the fix done and my house was cooling again all within 45 minutes of getting here! In my opinion air maintenance is reliable and fair. I will call again. Very satisfied.

Frank with Air Maintenance Heating & Cooling was prompt in his response to our property manager’s request for service and within 24hrs we had our AC up and running again. After diagnosing the problem and realizing he didn’t have the part on the truck, he was back within an hour and had the unit working again. I would recommend their service without reservation. *I can’t speak to service costs, as we are renters and that’s managed by our very responsive property management company (Tucson Choice).
