Josh went above and beyond to help me out. I moved out of state and was trying to put my house on the market when we had an HVAC issue causing water to leak in my walls. I was 4 hours away and he came out, diagnosed the issue, corrected it, and then gave me a very reasonable price for his services. I was stuck and it was awesome to have someone not take advantage of my situation.
