Tech found A/C was depleted of refrigerant which also provides lubricant to condenser. Saw the pressure was zero on his gauge. The charge was pricey, but necessary to protect and extend life of A/C, and increase efficiency. After checking online, refrigerant is very pricey per pound. Also had sealant added to prevent future leakage. Tech knew his stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Called these guys for help when everyone else had absolutely failed me. These guys were available next day, for less than anyone else, communicated directly and effectively, were extremely competent and strongly stand by their work. Im 100% keeping this conpany in my rolodex for every time i need hvac help.
