Dave Stanley was my tech. He was very polite and an all around great guy. He took the time to show me everything step by step and very professional. I will recommend air king to others. I dealt with Dave, joanie, and Stephanie and would say they are all an asset to team Air King. Thank you!
Overnight my central ac stopped working. Knowing that it’s expected to be 100+ heat index for the next several days I called Air King at 730am. They were able to have a tech at my house by 2pm the same day. The tech called at 1pm and said he’d be there within an hour. He arrived at 140pm, was polite, thorough, and he had the necessary part in his truck. The tech had my system back up and running in 20 minutes. Great service is hard to find these days but I found it today! Thanks Air King!
From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Air King. From the office staff and sales staff who responded to all my questions and got me on the schedule, to the techs who put my new system in. I could not ask for better service!
