On 3/30/2018 Old Republic sent Air it Cool to my home to look at my air conditioner that was not working properly. Upon arrival to my home Garry from Air it Cool stated that the warranty company would not cover any of the parts needed to repair my AC. He told me that I should have read the small print on the back of the contract but people never do.
