Air Heat North Texas replaced my old air conditioner and furnace in early August 2021. They provided prompt and professional service with no sales pressure or gimmicks. Pricing was competitve. The installers showed up on time and did a first rate job. If you are looking for an A/C contractor, I would recommend them!
Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. It's Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house. Fast forward one-year. From the start Air Heat North Texas went above and beyond. We noticed our indoor unit was leaking and we couldn’t fix it we turned to google to help us find a reliable company. I called Kayla (who is fantastic) and she had Fardin out in a hour. He determined we had a frozen unit caused by a leak. He also gave us come pointers on how to avoid this issue in the future.
