I have read the reviews for AirGo and i hate to say it but all is true that was written about them not responding to customers. I have been trying to get in touch with someone in their office for a follow up on work that is suppose to be done and no one will talk or get back with me. I do on the other hand have a comment about the tech that came out, Justin was nice and respectful..but the office staff has a lot to learn about customer service..I also have the warranty through AHS. They absolutely suck they are not professional i have been w/o air for 3 and a half wks they have sent the same guy out here three times and still no results its verry hard to reach them by phone they will try to over charge you if your not careful. im never using them again and wouldnt recomend this company to my worst enemy let alone a friend, stay far away from this company!
had to use them through AHS, I have been with out for two weeks. Five visits, and my parts were still under warranty. The tech has been out to my home four times and didnt write the model or the serial number down. This was after they told me the part had already been ordered on a Monday yet they didnt come out to get the serial number until Friday. How does this happen? They were suppose to come on a Sat. First, I am extremely happy about all interactions with Air Go!! On one of the hottest days yet for the year (99 degrees F,), our Air Conditioning Unit quit working. Since we recently moved into our home, a Home Warranty company was called, to issue a work order. Not knowing who they would send, we were concerned, as weve had less than stellar service (different State, and home) from previous experiences with the Home Warranty Company choices to fix.
