I called and had quick response to technician after my AC stopped working. Tech called right away and explained a couple of things to try and if it didn't work or I couldn't/didn't want to that he would put me in the schedule no problem. His advice works and am so grateful. Will be updating as the unit is serviced. Very pleased with response, attitude, and experience!

Air-Flex Inc. installed my AC unit May 28, 2019. I called Szilard Szabo "Ziggy" on 5/22/2020 and explained that my AC unit was not functioning properly. I explained it was only cooling to 75 degrees. Ziggy stated that was cool enough and there was nothing he could do. I explained to Ziggy that he installed the unit less than a year ago and that it blew much cooler than that previously. Awesome job Sam and Gary! My A.C broke, called Sam and he fit me in his schedule the next morning! He fixed it but my unit was about 20 years old so I knew it was going to break any time. I asked for a quote, price was great compared to everyone who quoted me $4-5,000+. I scheduled for a new A.C the following week. Biggest mistake! Wow! Ziggy and his crew are the real deal. Great job installing two high efficiency ac/furnaces in my home. Arrived and finished on time. It's obvious they are doing 30-40 installs every month.

Great service and the team really went the extra mile! They arrived on time and really focused on the details. They even fixed all the shortcuts that previous companies had taken in the ducts. I really appreciate when a company is one that is worth hiring and makes a major home repair easy.
