was so so nice about MY mistake..got a new furnace was told a different size than what actually fit. who would have thought i needed to measure the size filter my new furnace needed. i will be re ordering the correct size from this vendor...it goes without saying it arrived promptly in good condition...but was a fantastic person to work with too.
Mailed filters to me without my house numbers. The street name was on the label, but it sat around in the post office for a while.I was lucky to get them because my Mail lady knew my name. I called and talked to Shane About this error. I’ve ordered FILTERS from you for several years. I wasn’t upset. I just wondered why the label came with Amazon shipping on it.
