The filters I received are amazing quality. They are a perfect fit for my furnace which is very unique. I have to use those accordion type filters. I ordered 2 filters from them and was only sent one. I called customer service and no questions asked they sent me another filter plus another one for my troubles. They were so nice on the phone and easy to deal with. Delivery was less than a week. Overall incredible experience
