The products help with food and pet odors, and their customer service is phenomenal. I had an issue with shipping, and Mark reached out to make sure everything was rectified. He even provided his direct contact info so I could reach out if things weren't resolved. I bought my second purifier when I rented a house that had a damp odor. The filters removed it within two days.

This service has been such a Godsend to me and my family. I first ordered a machine in 2011when I moved into an apartment and had horrible allergies in there. It helped right away. Then I used it in 2012 when I moved into a rental home that had just been painted and I was getting headaches from the paint fumes; for that I had Mark bring his big machines and blast it for about a week.
