I had furnace/heat issues and they came out and changed the board and supposedly fixed it. Two days later the same problem. I was told it was the Nest Thermostat burning up the furnace boards. So, I purchased a new thermostat and still had the same problem. They came out 6 times to figure out it was a simple pressure switch. Meanwhile we were without heat in the middle of winter for a total of two weeks while they guessed at what was wrong. Then, they charge me for multiple service charges.
