never call them or buy a new unit from them.i bought one for 3500.00 4 years ago and i still dont have AIR..they told lies after lies on us.only way i could fight was thru court which was going to cost me 1/2 my arm.i think it is sad for them to treat others this way.no one will work on my unit even with a warrenty because they dont know what the ppl did to it & they dont want involved in a dispute.so it sits not being used still and we had to go buy windw units.i hope karma bites them really hard one day and i get to know a... read more
