RecommendedCame home from vacation to a hot house. I have a service contract with Air Excellence and even late at night I was well informed about what the plan was. The following morning the President of the company was at my door to diagnose the problem as his guys had been working non-stop to get customers ac going again. Definitely glad I have them in my corner.
I recently moved into a new home and was more than happy to call Air Excellence to sign up for their maintenance contract. Their technician, as always was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He took me around my home, educating me as he checked each part of the HVAC system. Had both my up and down units replaced this week. From my in-home meetings with Gary from sales to the installation process with field technicians Anthony and JD, everything was accomplished on time just as Air Excellence promised! My initial contact was with Gary. He was very helpful explaining the process and what to expect. He even made a second trip out to go over all my concerns. Installation was scheduled within a week after making my decision. I was very pleased with Glen, Josh and Rick during installation. Thanks to Air Excellence for coming out and fixing my air conditioner. Mind you it was 7pm at night and technician Brad had just pulled up in his driveway when he got the call. Brad showed up and immediately found the problem and thank goodness we now have cold air again. Brad was friendly and professional and totally saved the day because the temperature reached 96 with heat index over 100. Highly recommend!
