Called for residential service (***) at 8am. Service tech (*******) showed up around 3:30pm. Found problem. Fix problem. Checked out the rest of the system for any issues. Added a little Freon (1/2 pound) with my concurrence (talking/working together). Little over an hour latter left for another service call. It's nice to see service tech's (*******) know what they are doing and easy to talk/relate too. I'll give a 5 star rating from my experience with past HVAC company's here in ****** over the decades.
I highly recommend these folks -- Air Excellence is a family-owned business, and they treated us like family. Best options for switching from swamp cooler to AC were clearly explained with our needs and interests and budget as the main driver. All workmanship was highly skilled; *** even custom-made a border for the new register that would not fit completely into the old space. All through the process of dealing with TEP they checked in with us on progress. You will not go wrong with this company.
Please disregard the post from Bonnie Lynch Mack. She is a deranged young lady who tries to extort people she does no agree with. Bad review that has no value.
This company is horrendous. I don’t think any of them know what they’re doing to include the GM. They came my house idk 7-9 times and my AC is still broken. They created more issues than we had to start with. After their GM came out, our AC was STILL broken so our home warranty did a recall on our work order. RecommendedRich was knowledgeable and explained his findings thoroughly. He was helpful in trying to fix what he could in the meantime. It was late in the day and still had one more job to do but he took his time Im completing the job. Thank you Rich!
The customer service was excellent. The technician was extremely friendly and was able to explain to us what was happening with our AC. We highly recommend Air Excellence and will wholeheartedly use them again. Much appreciate Rich’s patience.
Huge shout out to Air Excellence and their technician Rich! He did a great job taking care of our A/C system and making sure it was running tip top. He definitely went above and beyond staying til almost 8pm to make sure it was running correctly. Can’t thank you all enough!!
Amy contacted me one day after I’d reached out for service. She let me pick a date and time window that worked best for me. Rich showed up for the service on time and did his work without being intrusive. He explained things in terms I could understand as a person that knows nada of AC and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask about. The visit cost less than I’d assumed and there were no hidden costs or add ons. Great value, nice folks, give them a call.
