Great customer service all around. We currently use Air Energy for our air compressor needs and I could not be happier with the service that we receive. We did have an issue trying to get some oil sample reports back from the latest service, but the team did not give up in getting me the information that I needed. From Kaylin that answers the phones to Greg the service coordinator, the experience has been very positive. Thank you so much guys and I look forward to the next PM on our compressors.
Left them a very colorful voicemail because it is now the second time I have seen their vehicle come out of the same place cutting off my vehicle, endangering myself and my kids. They have no regard for the community in this area.
My Rotary screw compressor has shut down 3 timesin one year. We have called the service department at least fifteen times without ONE call back. The only person I can reach is my original sales person. Even then service does not call. This is a terrible company run away as fast as you can.
Air Energy is absolutely the worst. After selling the wrong compressor for my usage, it broke less than two years and 19 hours of use later. I tried calling them 20 times over 3 months and got nowhere. They cost me close to $10k. DO NOT USE THEM.
