I only gave one star because.. I couldn't give a zero. I called .left a message. .never received a call back ..nit even a confirmation that they received my call and may have been too busy. We called another AC repair man he came out at 9:30 at night. Fixed our AC.
Service was timely and courteous, and they were really good about getting me all of the information I needed to run the system, apply for rebates, etc. And the Mitsubishi heat pump they installed is the bees knees. Whisper quiet inside and out.
I had a great experience with Air-ease. Prices were reasonable, service was outstanding, and the devices are keeping our home nice and cool in these recent 90° days. My only criticism is the answering service that they use when the office is at lunch or away, the answering service was pretty awful and had some terrible customer service people.
