In mid January the blower motor failed. I called Air Dynamics and they immediately sent out a technician to diagnose the issue that very afternoon. The technician informed me of what was wrong and what my options were. Since the existing heat pump was 30 years old, I elected to have a complete new system installed. The technician provided quotes for different system and made a recommendation. Brandon is awesome! Our air handler was acting up so he came to diagnose the problem on Saturday but the unit wouldn't repeat the problem. Sunday came and the unit was acting up so I called and he was here in less than an hour and was able to figure out the problem. I wish everyone was as patient and professional and honest as he is! Thanks so much give that man a raise! I will recommend Air Dynamics to everyone I know on the area.
