We have had two wonderful experiences. The first time was for a routine service and the second when our furnace was not working quite right. Curtis came out both times and was amazing. He explains everything and got us fixed the same day. We will never use any other company and we will always request Curtis. Customer service in the office is amazing as well.
It was12/23/2024, yes, the morning of Christmas eve. We are at the start of one of the biggest holidays. We woke up to a problem with our house heater. Guests will be arriving over the next few days. It's very cold outside and we are in panic mode. I call four repair services in the Mooresville area. No live persons answer my call, none of them EVER return my call for help. We have been using Air Dynamics for a long time now. Always quick to respond and very fair on their charges. The entire team is great to work with with and schedule things. We have always used Josh to service our units. He does a great job, and it is so nice to have the same person come out every time.
