I’m only going 3 stars because the technician was very kind. But there’s no way he checked everything, because he said everything was working as it should, heat didn’t work that night (again) and had Morris Jenkins out first thing as a second opinion and they found the gas regulator had gone bad and the furnace wasn’t firing. Took them 5 minutes to diagnose that. It had to be the same problem because the heating lag and furnace cutting off without heating to temp was why I called Air Dynamics in the first place. I definitely recommend Air Dynamics! Curtis came out today to diagnose the problem I was having with my AC unit. He was very kind and professional. He was also very patient with me and explained the issue in a way I can understand. The office staff was very kind as well!
