Gary saved me two grand and at least a week of not having an air conditioner on 96° days in Boise. Not sure why you would need to keep reading after that, but if you're curious to know, Gary is honest, super reliable, does great work, and his prices can't be beat. He actually almost called the police because of the quote we got from a big company. We are beyond satisfied with the work that Gary did installing 2 mini splits in our new 2 room addition. He is one of the most supportive contractors out there and I will refer him to anyone that is in need of his expertise!
Beyond his fair pricing and work behind the scenes to get us the best value when our 10+ year old heat pump died and needed to be replaced, two things stood out about Gary’s service. First, he gave an actual time he planned to arrive (instead of a half day plus range) and arrived early! Second, his work was both thorough and efficient, demonstrating a level of expertise I have not seen with any of the big HVAC franchises.
