Horrible experience. He seems charming at first glance, but don't let that fool ya. He lies about his prices, saying he charges 25 per vent to clean and 35 for return vents. Then he refused to leave our home until he received payment. I wouldn't recommend this man to my worst enemy. He also counted six more vents than what he actually serviced. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. You've been warned. Make sure you count your vents before hand and ask him the price before he begins work. Otherwise he will get one over on you
We had our dryer vents cleaned out because it was way past due for a cleaning. Norman was awesome and did excellent work. He took the time to show me what he was doing. The dryer dries everything in half of the time now! I highly recommend Norman! Thank you for the excellent service!
Norm’s team cleaned 26 air vents and 2 returns in 4 hours. Other than the noise of the vacuum You wouldn’t know they were there. They cleaned all the air ducts and vents and cleaned up afterwards and left no trace. They did a great job. I’d use Norm again.
