The service crew were polite and the system seems to be working. The problem? It’s been 2 months since installation and I just went up into my attic, where my unit was installed, to replace filters ( I do this every 2 months ). I was very upset to discover that the core of my old unit was still up in my attic with the duct work laying across it and not even secured to the upper rafters! Matt and his team did an excellent job of timely fixing a warranty repair of a new system installed by another company. They were great to work with and had great customer service! Would highly recommend!
Extremely satisfied! Replaced 4 ton HVAC with a 5 ton. Competitive pricing offering several pricing options with professional and knowledgeable technicians. Prompt and timely service. Even offered financing including 90 days 0% interest. Highly recommend!
They found the problem and took care of it. What's so important to me is that they took the time to listen to me to say what I thought was the problem even if I don't know much about A/C. They went out of there way to call not once but twice to see that I was alright and the A/C was working. Now that's the best customer service every!!! Thank You Air Doctors of Memphis
