My Heating or Cooling System seems to be on a schedule to break at the worst possible time. Air Doctors of Memphis has always been available to me regardless. Twice now Air Doctors has swooped in with short notice close to a holiday and saved the day at unbelievably reasonable prices. They do great work, sell only top quality products and back their work. In a world where AI is diminishing the customer experience, Air Doctors comes through with great service and a wonderful customer experience.
Air Doctors is by far the best company in Memphis. Always on time. Always kind. VERY knowledgeable. I am a real estate agent and only use them for my clients. Owners family is a great family too!
The service crew were polite and the system seems to be working. The problem? It’s been 2 months since installation and I just went up into my attic, where my unit was installed, to replace filters ( I do this every 2 months ). I was very upset to discover that the core of my old unit was still up in my attic with the duct work laying across it and not even secured to the upper rafters! 5 star customer service from the first time Matthew looked at my Dad’s unit last Thursday to the full HVAC replacement today. Hats off to these guys working in the heat! Air Doctor’s of Memphis will by our go to from now on!
I called early afternoon about no heat and Matt sent his workers out this afternoon figured out the problem and was able to get the part and put it in for us to have heat this evening! Thank goodness!!
