Mark was fantastic! He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed our air within 10 minutes. He’s so friendly and very respectful! He was not dismissive towards me (as a woman home alone this was a refreshing experience!) He checked all vents with a temperature gun to make sure once it was fixed that all rooms were getting cold air. He loves his job and it’s clear that he is good at it too! I have been having issues with my air conditioning unit for three months. Mark came in and immediately fixed the issue. He took his time and solved the problem! I recommend him 1000%. He was extremely kind clean respectful and professional. If you are looking for someone to solve your problem I’m telling you Mark was excellent. He even fixed my sink as it was loose! No extra charge. I will never call anyone else the air doctor is it.
