Reached out Friday night and had the pleasure of Mark coming out the very next day. How refreshing when someone is so honest and doesn’t try to sell you things you think you need but they let you know that you don’t. I’ve been a customer over 7 years. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his responsiveness to my “emergencies”. Snakes seem to like climbing into my outside unit and wrapping around the fan. Fan burns out plus other issues. I made the mistake of calling another company one time and 1 week later had to have air doctors replace the previous replaced parts. Never again. Call the best the first time!!!
