I had air doctors come out to fix a leak on my furnace. They were responsive and professional but did lot actually find the leak or a solution to the original problem. They also quoted me >$1,500 to replace a valve and switch (literally $100 worth of parts). Both the switch and valve are easily accessible on the unit and should take less and an hour to replace. Air Doctors install a whole home generator. Great company, exceeded my expectations!
Although there was some initial miscommunication, we were able to reach an amicable agreement. The sales team and technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The installation team was excellent! They were knowledgeable, professional, personable, did a superb installation and clean up!
