On July 31st, 2010 our air conditioner stopped. We called Air Doctor Heating & Cooling to diagnose the problem. They found a bad coil and had no freon and of course under Murphy`s Law it was on a weekend with no parts available. My wife and I are both handicapped and facing the weekend with no air conditioner in July is a stressful thought. We did not complain or ask for any special favors. Air Doctor Heating & Cooling did a great job. Fast and solid quoting, good scheduling, good communication through the various phases of the project and good manpower to finish the boiler installation in one day.
We had a very good experience with Air Doctor Heating & Cooling. They were quick to respond when our hot water heater died. We had hot water by the end of the day and a new tankless water heater by the end of the week.
