Stay away from this company. In two meetings with Jake, he suggested a portable room AC unit because my dog is old. He said there would be two men on the job, that it would take several hours, and included a UV light. Little was done by first tech at 9:30 am, second tech arrived after noon, first tech left immediately. The one installer worked in direct sunlight on the second story of my condo, doing both the inside and outside work. The job took ten hours and I was concerned for him. Technician first came at 9am when the appt was set from 11-3 that day. Said he called, never received a call. He bandaged the leak but that was it. Did not look at all possibilities. Left a huge mess on my floor and did not clean it up. Then left in a hurry. AC was not fixed, he ended up leaving the AC Shrader Valve open and caused us to lose 15 gallons of freon and now we have to pay for his mistake, 825 dollars!! Terrible company. warning stay away from this company installed new system in my condo on st pete beach and did not work corectly from the day of install called multiple times for them to come out to fix and they did nothing. both heating and ac did not function and they did nothing about it. had to hire another company to fix the system. they are terrible !!! should not be in the buisness total scam !!!! Just had another company come out they never hooked up half the system then lied about it. Run away from these crooks fast !!!!!
Worst Company Ever-I would like to give them 0 stars or negative stars if I could. Our A/C broke and we have a warranty company that we have to go through- we had one company come out, they told us what was wrong-the warranty company sent a 2nd company for a 2nd opinion-this is where Air Doctor comes into my life.
