RecommendedDr. Quy and his staff are very nice and caring. In 2015 when I first came here for urgent care, I was sold. I changed my PCP. And been coming ever since. Me and my kids.
I have been a patient here as well as my children here for years. Recently though I have noticed a huge drop in service and accountability. I have been waiting for the doctor to send the info needed for my children to get their speech and OT RX renewed since October 8th. I have called every other day pretty much, Erica is amazing and so sweet but as soon as I call in, I’m put on hold by the front desk receptionist. Walked in the door with a busted knee and the ladies at the counter refused me service because it was an occupational accident. They didn’t recommend another place, but simply told me they would only see me if I didn’t use my insurance. So if you’re in pain and having an emergency, I’d probably look elsewhere. 👎
I will never go to this place again! Nor will I recommend it. Between the wait, being bumped by appointments, and then receiving subpar service I cannot recommend this place. And to top it off they put is in a dirty room. These photos are of the table. 😡🤬🤬
Dr Quy himself is amazing! His staff, particularly the lady I just spoke on the phone with and have had multiple issues with before, needs to learn a little respect. I will continuously report her until something is done about it!
I wouldn't advertise as an urgent care facility, if that isn't what you are. While your front office staff was very understanding, she was a little condescending in her manner of speaking. We definitely won't be back, and would NEVER recommend anyone needing urgent care to come to your facility.
I woke up with severe ear pain yesterday. The young girl at the front desk was extremely nice, she called my insurance for me and even found out that I did not have a co-pay. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. You cannot find better service anywhere. Thank you Anna. Forever grateful for your help.
