Air Depot has inspected, upgraded and serviced our home since we purchased it in 2012. Last week, Air Depot and its employee Oscar Zepeda provided excellent service to us. We had an air conditioner problem and contacted Air Depot. They immediately were helpful and dispatched Oscar within an hour. Once Oscar arrived he immediately went to work and diagnosed the problem. Oscar ******did our service maintenance review today. He is always on time and does a wonderful job. Oscar is always friendly and helpful. He has even changed the A/C filters for me several times. I'm always glad to see him because I know he will do good work for us.
Air Depot's Oscar Zepeda performed Winter Maintenance on my AC/Heating System today, all work was done professionally as usual!
I first used Air Depot years ago for a blower fan replacement and I continue to use them to service my heating and air conditioning units each season. Oscar ****** has completed my seasonal maintenance several times and he consistently meets or exceeds my expectations. He is respectful of my time and my property. He has always arrived at the scheduled time. He is polite and professional. He explains what he is going to do and then gives me a report of his findings when his work is complete.
I contacted Air Depot and was able to make contact after hours when our air went out. Oscar Z responded to our residence at the appointed time and was able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved promptly. He kept me informed throughout the process and also presented me with other options after his work was done. Very courteous and informative. I appreciated the professionalism.
Oscar ****** is a wonderful service technician. He genuinely cares to explain the issues that he is working on and also has great attention to detail. I would highly recommend him.
