I cant say enough about how excellent this company is. Had several other big name companies come out and they couldn't diagnose the issue or tried selling me a new unit and then Air Degree came out. They quickly diagnosed the issue, helped with getting the warranty information and replaced the damaged parts. Don't waste your time with other companies call Air Degree first. Thanks for your hard work guys.
Called them and they jumped right on it. My old unit was like a surgery procedure to get out. That’s how old it was,but Lonnie and his business partner did an awesome job and when they got done it looked very professional. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys you made me feel better about this upcoming winter.
My exterior unit would not turn on. Sam came out same day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Didn't try to upsell me and answered every question I had about my unit, even though I'm sure I was a little annoying. I have no complaints. You'd be hard pressed to find a more professional, honest, and trustworthy technician around Huntsville, and I'm sure the same can be said about the rest of his crew.
Claims homeless people are scaring customers. Why does poverty scare you? Sounds like you need to leave the area if you're afraid.
They are the pros. Happy to get their services. Especially Sam and the other crew. THEY are the best.
