Was told parts was under warranty air cybernetics didn’t have the part had to order very basic part charged twice for them having to come back out to replace part that they should carry horrible customer service don’t use them
Air Cybernetics - NEVER use them for your HVAC needs, we had two brand new units installed last year in May, $11k, we have had nothing but issues with the AC part of the system. Starting almost immediately after installation our downstairs unit would stop cooling, getting up to 80+° inside. They came out multiple times last year and tried this or tried that trying to fix the issue with the BRAND NEW unit that was installed, it would work for a few days and then go back to having the same issue.
