Air Controls recently replaced our aging boiler. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed. Brett was very professional and prompt with estimates and quotes. He answered my many questions immediately and ensured prompt and expert services were performed. Adam was amazing doing the removal and then the instillation of the boiler. ALL WENT WELL... TECHNICIAN WAS EXCELLENT.
I WILL NEVER USE AIR CONTROLS AGAIN. Trent, the Journeyman Plummer was great to work with. Lynette the girl in the office was also polite and very nice. I was even happy to pay their $140/hour rate. All that said, their billing practices can only be described as - UNETHICAL. When Trent came out to our house to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem in about 20 minutes they charged me their hourly rate of $140 for the service call and then made another appointment to come back three days later to fix the problem.
