On February 22 I called the company to repair my heating and air unit they told me they would have to order the parts. I have called for two months and still no parts I had to install a different heating source during the cold months to stay warm. The parts were under warranty and they keep telling me they are on back, order and they haven't come in yet.

I had two new mini split units installed on a duplex. First problem was the technicians crossed the power supply wiring so the wrong unit pays power for the wrong house. Next problem is the refrigerant leaked out of one of the units. They came back out and fixed it. Not long after, it leaked out again. The tech that came to fix it said the installers failed to properly prepare the ends on the coolant tubing. He fixed one side and I was suggested he check the other but he didn't feel it necessary, so guess what? It's out agai... read more
