Called Service at 8:21, Kenny called back at 8:36, was at my house by 8:50. Talk about quick service. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. He also talked about ways to prevent the problem from happening again. Highly recommend him.
I found AC after a company that we had a contract with couldn’t promise same-day service. What a lucky find!!! From Sheila, who took my call, and Kenny who quickly returned my call, to Gary the technician, everything was seamless. They were all pleasant, helpful and prompt. Gary diagnosed the problem, cleaned the unit, replaced a component and had us up and running. In addition, he explained everything in layman’s terms.
