Worst Air ************************** I've Ever Dealt With. Very Rude Receptionist Who Doesn't Try To Listens To The Customers Problem But Only Makes Excuses About Their Shotty Work. Air Connection Mechanical is the vendor for American Home Shield. I called them about one of my units was not cooling. American Home Shield contracted Air Connection Mechanical to come out and service my unit. They came out and recommended replacing the condenser. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Very Very rude receptionist!
This company is the worst, Their techs are very lazy um-professional. The lady from Dispatching is always ****** I do suspect many of their techs don't even have a License to work on air conditions, they don't Even Speak English. Soon I will ask the Miami Dade Attorney General to oversee all their techs and credentials. They always over-charge, and if working with Insurance they don't have not even a thought to get money from insurance.
