We purchased an AC unit from them 7 years ago and it came with a 10 warranty. They came out and looked at the unit and our compressor is out and now they are telling me that the warranty is not good. I called them because my ac stop working and they sent quickly someone to check it. Then, they said they will send you the bill by mail... And guess what, they never did, they never called Me. Three years later! They reached me, at my same address, charging me with late fees for the last 3yrs... I went to their office to talk about it and the secretary was so rude! And nobody else available!
