The team Texas Giant came out to a full AC install, they were here from 9 AM to 4PM, they took their time, paid attention to every little detail and then fully explained to me the capabilities of the new system versus the old. Everything was great.
I had my old unit replaced and it was a great experience working with them from the beginning to the end. My old unit actually stopped working and Sergio came to the rescue.
I called Texas Giant because of a friend referral. Our AC stopped working properly around 4pm on Thursday. I called our usual HVAC company but they could not send anyone until Saturday (!). So I started frantically asking around and calling random companies on Google. No one could send a technician for at least a day/day and a half. Long story short, my friend told me to call Texas Giant AC and I am so glad I did. They provided a temporary AC unit when my evaporative cooler went down. AC and Heater installation went great! Home totally upgraded immensely thanks to these guys.
Only company available when I call in the morning, came and fix the problem. Happy Costumer.
