My AC was not cooling. The person who took my call was very nice and professional. She got me an appointment in a few hours. The technician, Ronald fixed my AC. He was very professional and informative. Highly recommend this company.
Our first experience with this company came as a result of our failed air conditioning one hot July day. I called them and said we were new customers and even though they had many no a/c calls to handle they made it to us late in the morning that same day. They repaired our unit and have been servicing our equipment ever since. They do preventative maintenance and keep us apprised of any potential issues. The cost is comparable to other companies. My mistake you are correct I left the review for the wrong company.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a product and dealing with their company ever. I am not exaggerating. There is not even a close second to what we’ve been dealing with. We purchased a two stage Trane system from this company. The System has not worked fully for more than an entire week since we purchased it. Service did not show up on time or at all.
