Just had my heater checked out for our cooler weather. Nic was the service person. He was friendly, informative. This is the second time I have used them. I highly recommend Air Conditioning Specialist.
My AC was not cooling. The person who took my call was very nice and professional. She got me an appointment in a few hours. The technician, Ronald fixed my AC. He was very professional and informative. Highly recommend this company.
Our first experience with this company came as a result of our failed air conditioning one hot July day. I called them and said we were new customers and even though they had many no a/c calls to handle they made it to us late in the morning that same day. They repaired our unit and have been servicing our equipment ever since. They do preventative maintenance and keep us apprised of any potential issues. The cost is comparable to other companies.
