Fate does his normal excellent job! He is a real asset to ACS!
Jacob Russell came to service my AC unit and he was very polite and professional. He recommended that I go ahead and replace my unit due to the age of it. He could have put more Freon in it but it would just leak out.
He was efficient in explaining the problem and services. At this point no complaints.
Fate was fantastic! Did a great job!
