We are signed up for the semi-annual maintenance program, and yesterday was the day for our fall check-up. The technician texted to say he was on the way, right on time. Changed the filter, cleaned the outside unit, checked both heat and air performance, and was on his way! Very satisfied customer, highly recommend these guys!
