Very professional. Jim let me know what was happening, why and gave me suggestions for how I can keep this new water heater going longer. I've used Armbrust before. The office staff and the people they send to the field are solid.
I have used Armbrust for many years and will continue to do so. This time I had a kitchen faucet hose that was leaking. Jim came to diagnose the problem and also to do the repair. I found him to be personable and knowledgeable. When one of the items needed for the repair was AWOL, he went the extra mile to track it down and personally picked it up. It was Friday afternoon, and I was happy to have use of my sink back.
